"Over our two years with Randy he has had numerous employee turn overs that has resulted in at various times his employees canceling our vehicle insurance. We found that out while on vacation, driving out of state in that car. Multiple rate increase with little no explanations. I have never actually spoken to Randy himself, once ever, but have been a State Farm customer for almost 20 years. Today I discovered yet another clerical error his office had put in our files and called to correct it. Only to be told that because I was honest and called to correct it that our overall bill would be increasing because of their error. The two employees I spoke with essentially told me that's the way its going to be and we can't or won't do anything to help or take blame for it. Without question the WORST insurance experience I have ever had and why we will be switching."
